I am a traditionally trained print maker who loves combining traditional with experimental printing techniques. I received my BFA from Stanford and my MSVS in Art and Technology from MIT. My works are included in private collections in the United States and Abroad. After ten years in Boston, I returned to Northern California and settled in Shasta Lake City with my family. To my surprise, I found that living in an area seemingly devoid of endless access to arts and educational institutions, my personal creativity blossomed. I also discovered a rich community of independent creatives who did not rely on urban influences. I am passionate about family, environment, and world politics. For me, they are not separate entities. My work reflects my passions via many channels, from the subtle to the overt, from clothing and accessories to print making and public art. Creating is my best form of communication. I am always seeking inspiration. Though interacting with like minded people is reassuring, connecting with those outside my box is what helps me learn.
