Cabin Fever Creative Community  was created to encourage the creation and sharing of the arts and creative work. We seek to help each other deal with anxiety and fear of living through these times through the creative arts. You do not need to be a professional artist to participate. For us creativity is problem solving, and we all need more of that. Some of us do it through the arts and some of us are inspired by the arts to create the inclusive world we seek to live in. We believe the world is not better if we do not make and share our art. CFCC was started in 2020, during the pandemic, to find ways to connect through creativity. It has grown to be a place where we can come together as individuals who have creative passion, and commitments to sustainability and inclusiveness. That remains its first purpose.  We meet on Facebook.

Built on the perspective that all art is political in that it either supports or critiques the status quo, our art postings do not have to be apolitical, however posts that are MORE about politics than creative exchange are discouraged and removed. This is an open public group until something prompts us to make it private. Invite whoever you would like to join us.

Artist and educator Helen Klebesadel started this group. She happens to do and teach watercolor painting. If you have art you have created that you would like to share and get feedback from her or others, share them. If you want particular kinds of feedback, say so. We encourage gentle entrepreneurship, so we share websites where our creative work can be seen! Visual artists, writers, musicians, thespians, and dancers are welcome to post and share their events.
